Yes. After you send a request, our team contacts you within 24 hours to arrange a free site visit. There is no obligation to order.
What do you need from me to prepare a quote?
The location, what the screen or sound system is for, the approximate wall or room size and your timeline. Photos help. We confirm everything during the site visit.
Indoor, outdoor, mesh or transparent LED: which one do I need?
It depends on where the screen goes, how far away people stand and how much daylight or visibility you need to keep. We recommend the type and pixel pitch after measuring the space.
Can you work with my existing screens or sound system?
Often, yes. We check what you already have during the site visit and tell you what can be reused or connected.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the system size and site conditions. Your quote includes a delivery and installation schedule, so you know the dates before you order.
What happens after installation?
